Order/Shipping Info


  • You will receive a email with your order confirmation (please check your junk emails).  
  • Please do check your information is correct – Email address (if you do not receive a email confirmation and it’s not in your junk this could be the reason why) Delivery address – if any information is incorrect please contact us.
  • Once we dispatch your order you will receive a email containing your tracking number and you will also some updates from Royal Mail on your the status of your parcel to your email address.
  • Please note that if any items in your order are on Pre-Order, all items will be posted once those items are in stock.
  • By placing an order with us is accepting our policies.


  • Currently Shipping within the UK & Ireland.
  • UK – Our parcel are sent Tracked & Signed via our Flat rate £5.00 Royal Mail Tracked 48 2-3 days (please leave a note if you’d like to add a safe place).  If you require a next day delivery option please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
  • Ireland – Flat rate £12.00 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed 3-5 days.  Please note Ireland parcels may incur a custom charge, we believe this to be VAT plus a handling fee, this is to be paid for by you.
  • Orders are posted Monday to Friday.
  • We do usually dispatch orders the next day, however during busier times Please allow 1-2 days for your orders to be dispatched.
  • CUSTOM CHARGES – Ireland orders will experience some customs/handling charges when entering your country – please make sure you are happy with accepting these charges before you place an order.

EUROPE SHIPPING**01/07/22 Not Shipping to Europe currently

  • We are now shipping to some countries in Europe (if you country is not listed please message us and we can get a quote for you).
  • Flat rate is £18.00 shipped via UPS 3-10 days depending on your location.
  • Orders are posted Monday-Friday.
  • Please allow 2 days for your order to ship.
  • INFORMATION NEEDED – we need a valid Telephone Number & Email address for UPS to contact you (more information below in Returned parcels).
  • Please check your address is correct on your order confirmation – if there is an error please contact asap at sales@greyandblush.co.uk.
  • CUSTOM CHARGES / IMPORT FEES / HANDLING CHARGES – The UK is no longer part of the EU therefore your order will be subject to Customs & Handling fees when entering your country – these are to be paid for by you.  Please check before placing an order.
  • RETURNS – are strictly 20 days from delivery and return postage is to be paid for by you – please see our Europe Returns Policy for further information.
  • ITEMS HELD IN CUSTOMS – Orders may be held in Customs please note this is out of our control.  We can do nothing to speed this up and will just have to wait for it to be completed.
  • RETURNED PARCELS/REFUSED DELIVERY/CUSTOMS NOT PAID – if customs are not paid or you refuse delivery of your parcel then the parcel may be destroyed by UPS and NO REFUND will be given.  If the parcel is returned to us, this is at a cost to us and this will be deducted from your order total – please note original postage will not be refunded so amount will be deducted from the item total.
  • LOST PARCELS – Any orders delayed/lost will have to classed as lost by UPS before we can issue you a refund.
  • OUR POLICY – By placing an order you are agreeing to our terms and in turn to pay your custom fees.
