Order/Shipping Info

By placing an order with us you are acknowledging and accepting our Order Information & Returns Policy.

ORDER INFORMATION

  • Orders – You will receive a email with your order confirmation (please check your junk emails).  
  • Your Information – Please do check your information is correct.  Email address (if you do not receive a email confirmation and it’s not in your junk this could be the reason why) Delivery address – if any information is incorrect please contact us.
  • Dispatch – Order are posted Monday-Friday.
    We do usually dispatch your order the next day, however during busier times, please allow 1-2 days.
  • Tracking – Once we dispatch your order you will receive a email containing your tracking number and you will also receive some updates from Royal Mail on your the status of your parcel to your email address – these may go into your junk folder.
  • Delivery – It is your responsibility to check you have received your order – If your parcel is not with you within a week from dispatch, please check your tracking on your dispatch email.  The parcel may have been left in a safe place, delivered to a neighbour or back at the sorting office *If you are not home, Royal Mail now automatically try again on the next working day.

  • PRE-ORDERS – Please note that if any items in your order are on Pre-Order, all items will be posted once those items are in stock.
  • Cancellations – Requesting a cancellation of an order, will be subject to a £5 admin charge.
  • Faulty Items – Any Errors/Wrong Items received/Faults/Damages – needs to be notified within 2 days of receiving your order to [email protected] with your order number and any photos.By placing an order with us is accepting our policies.

UK Shipping Info

  • Shipping Options – *Royal Mail price increase April 24
    Royal Mail Tracked 48
    – 2-3 business days service £4.40/£5.00
    Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1-2 business day service £5.00/£5.80
    (Please note these timescales are not guaranteed and delays may happen at busier times)
    UK Special Delivery £7.80/£9.50 – Need a more urgent service, this is a Next Day service by 1pm Monday to Friday – Please note we ship orders the next working day (Monday to Friday) and this is not a guaranteed service on a Saturday.  So if you order on Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday to receive on Wednesday.  If you order on Friday, your order will ship on Monday to receive it Tuesday – if you need any further help please message.
    Royal Mail now attempt delivery two days in a row without you having to re-arrange your delivery.  If the 2nd attempt is unsuccessful you will then have to re-arrange your delivery online or go and collect your parcel – *please note these days are part of your returns period.

ireland Shipping Info

  • IRELAND – £13.50 – UPS Tracked & Signed service

    Please note Ireland parcels will incur a custom charge, we believe this to be VAT plus a handling fee, this is to be paid for by you.
  • Your Information – Please make sure your Address, Email Address & Phone Number are correct as this is what will be used to contact you to pay for your fees – if they cannot contact you this will cause delays.
  • Dispatch – Orders are posted Monday-Friday.
    We do usually dispatch orders the next day, however during busier times, please allow 1-2 days.
  • Tracking – You will receive a dispatch email containing your Tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Custom Fees – Fees not paid, can cause parcels to go into ‘Limbo’ for months on end, no refunds will be given in this time, so please do pay your customs straight away to avoid any delays.  If this is not resolved then parcels can be destroyed by UPS – no refunds will be given.
    *Once your parcel leaves us and is in the hands of the courier we have no control over timeframes and delays with customs not being paid.
  • Custom Charges – Ireland orders will experience some customs/handling charges when entering your country – please make sure you are happy with accepting these charges before you place an order.
  • Cancellations – Requesting a cancellation of an order, will be subject to a £5 admin charge.
    **Any Orders returned due to customs not paid will have any related fees deducted from your order total and issued with a Store Credit only.

EUROPE SHIPPING

We can ship to Europe, please note your parcel would be subject to a Custom & Handling fee when the parcel enters your Country – this is to be paid for by you.  If you are still interested please contact us to arrange this – [email protected]

  • We are now shipping to some countries in Europe (if you country is not listed please message us and we can get a quote for you).
  • Flat rate is £18.00 shipped via UPS 3-10 days depending on your location.
  • Orders are posted Monday-Friday.
  • Please allow 2 days for your order to ship.
  • INFORMATION NEEDED – we need a valid Telephone Number & Email address for UPS to contact you (more information below in Returned parcels).
  • Please check your address is correct on your order confirmation – if there is an error please contact asap at [email protected].
  • CUSTOM CHARGES / IMPORT FEES / HANDLING CHARGES – The UK is no longer part of the EU therefore your order will be subject to Customs & Handling fees when entering your country – these are to be paid for by you.  Please check before placing an order.
  • RETURNS – are strictly 20 days from delivery and return postage is to be paid for by you – please see our Europe Returns Policy for further information.
  • ITEMS HELD IN CUSTOMS – Orders may be held in Customs please note this is out of our control.  We can do nothing to speed this up and will just have to wait for it to be completed.
  • RETURNED PARCELS/REFUSED DELIVERY/CUSTOMS NOT PAID – if customs are not paid or you refuse delivery of your parcel then the parcel may be destroyed by UPS and NO REFUND will be given.  If the parcel is returned to us, this is at a cost to us and this will be deducted from your order total – please note original postage will not be refunded so amount will be deducted from the item total.
  • LOST PARCELS – Any orders delayed/lost will have to classed as lost by UPS before we can issue you a refund.
  • OUR POLICY – By placing an order you are agreeing to our terms and in turn to pay your custom fees.

PAYMENT

  • We currently accept Google & Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard, Paypal & Paypal Pay in 3.
  • We also use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection.
