Shipping

ORDER INFORMATION

  • You will receive a email with your order confirmation (please check your junk emails).  
  • Please do check your information is correct – Email address (if you do not receive a email confirmation and it’s not in your junk this could be the reason why) Delivery address – if any information is incorrect please contact us.
  • Once we dispatch your order you will receive a email containing your tracking number and you will also some updates from Royal Mail on your the status of your parcel to your email address.
  • Please note that if any items in your order are on Pre-Order, all items will be posted once those items are in stock.

UK & IRELAND SHIPPING

  • Currently Shipping within the UK & Ireland.
  • UK – Flat rate £5.00 Royal Mail Tracked 48 2-3 days (please leave a note if you’d like to add a safe place).  If you require a next day delivery option please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
  • Ireland – Flat rate £12.00 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed 3-5 days.  Please note Ireland parcels may incur a custom charge, we believe this to be VAT plus a handling fee, this is to be paid for by you.
  • Orders are posted Monday to Friday.
  • We do usually dispatch orders the next day, however during busier times Please allow 1-2 days for your orders to be dispatched.
  • Ireland orders may experience delays due to customs.

EUROPE SHIPPING

  • We are now shipping to some countries in Europe (if you country is not listed please message us and we can get a quote for you).
  • Flat rate is £18.00 shipped via UPS 3-5 days.
  • Orders are posted Monday-Friday.
  • Please allow 2 days for your order to ship.
  • Europe orders will occur Import Fee/Duty/Custom charges and handling fee – these are to be paid for by you.  Please check these before you place an order.
  • CUSTOM CHARGES / IMPORT FEES – If Custom charges / Import Fees are not paid for by the Customer and your parcel is returned to us no refund will be issued.  By placing an order you are agreeing to our terms and in turn to pay your custom fees.  Please pay your charges or check how much these will be before you place an order.
  • Returns are strictly 20 days from delivery and return postage is to be paid for by you – please see our Europe Returns Policy for further information.
  • CUSTOMS – Orders may be held in Customs please note this is out of our control.  We can do nothing to speed this up and will just have to wait for it to be completed.
  • LOST PARCELS – Any orders delayed/lost will have to classed as lost by UPS before we can issue you a refund.

  • We currently accept Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard and Paypal.
